Purpose

Our Fair Usage Policy ensures stable performance and equal access for all customers.

You may use resources within the limits of your plan. Excessive or abusive usage that negatively affects the network or other users is not permitted.

We may monitor aggregate usage to protect service quality. Sustained high usage may require plan upgrades or additional fees.

Activities that violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or threaten security are prohibited.

If we detect abnormal or abusive usage, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate services after reasonable notice, except in urgent cases.
